This episode is based on one of the main complaints that I get from changemakers. And that is that even if senior management say they want change, the good intentions of changemakers get lost in the hierarchy.
That is why I explore what the current system of leadership was actually set up for. And how it needs to evolve in partnership with changemakers to become fit to navigate these uncertain, unknown and unstable times.
